We are introducing an Employee of The Month award starting in January 2017. This will be voted for and will include a reason for that vote.
Parents/Carers can also vote or nominate a member of staff and state the reason for their choice.
Wednesday afternoons now have two different activities giving yet more variety to our timetable. The ever popular sessions with BFC in the Community continue. Bingo at Gala Bingo is already proving a welcome addition.

Bridge Centre NW Ltd, along with other providers of adult services, attended Broadfield Specialist School last Thursday.
Parents and children were given the opportunity to look at the choices open to them when leaving school education.
Adam and Leanne, both former pupils of Broadfield, went along to give their opinions too.

Our training manager Donna, has planned the staff training matrix for 2017. The first of these sessions was safeguarding. This matrix runs along-side the apprenticeship training and NVQ level 2 & 3 courses.

Congratulations to Chris Ward on winning the employee of the month award for February. Aston celebrated his 21st birthday with a cake. Bridge Centre NW Ltd is a great place to make new friends. Pic shows Jake and Rebecca and the smiles say it all.
Donna Croasdale was voted the employee of the month for March by staff and service users. Reasons given included " always there to help, always nice to me, all the hard work and help and advice given."
The latest training undertaken was the first given by Sue Dixon. Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam training was successfully completed by all attendees.
The building at the side of Adelaide House is being looked into as a way to develop to give more options as we move forward. More details will be given as the plans and ideas progress.
